Build a weekly class schedule manually

No spreadsheet? Add each course with meeting days, start and end times, and location. See lectures and labs together on one weekly timetable. Winter and Summer term groups are included; sections and credits are optional.

Already have a UBC course schedule? Import the View My Courses Excel export to keep details and meeting patterns together. Switch Winter and Summer terms and choose whether to show active, waitlisted, or dropped sections.

SFU, Waterloo, and other schools: send us your timetable file.

UBC Workday Excel already imports. If you are at SFU, Waterloo, U of T, McGill, or anywhere else, attach a sample export and we will add the parser so your classmates can import too.

What to send

  1. 1

Your school name — SFU, Waterloo, or any campus.

  2. 2

A sample timetable export (Excel, CSV, or the file your portal gives you).

  3. 3

Where you downloaded it — Quest, goSFU, ACORN, Minerva, or similar.

You can strip names and IDs first. A real file is enough for us to add one-click import.

How to get the Excel from Workday

  1. 1

    Open Workday and sign in.

  2. 2

    Open View My Courses.

  3. 3

Under the “View My Courses” title, click the first icon — the one to the left of the PDF icon. That downloads the Excel file.

How to make a class timetable

  1. 1

    Add your courses

Enter course codes, days, times, and rooms. UBC students can also import a Workday Excel file; the file is read in this browser tab only.

  2. 2

    You choose the grid

Select which courses appear on your weekly schedule. Adjust colors and the timetable title, then check the grid for overlapping classes.

  3. 3

    Export when you need it

Download the timetable card as a PNG for your phone, a chat, or printing from your image viewer.

No account. No upload.

Schedules stay in this browser until you reset them. Workday remains the source of record; always confirm times there.
